- YES!! We ship Internationally and provide Tracking Numbers with every order so that your mind can be at ease.
How do I get my favorite band on CROWDKILL APPAREL?
- We are constantly searching for the best quality products and the sickest bands to add to our roster. Send us an email with your suggestions and we'll see what we can do!!

- To deliver the best printing and most vibrant color possible we will need you to have a logo and rights to Full Quality Artwork.
- We will get back to you as soon as possible with an Introduction that gives you an idea of what we can do. Then once you are happy we will send you a License Agreement which will give us permission to print the designs whilst your band keeps full rights to the artwork. With no costs to the band and no signup fees. We take care of everything for you. Once we have the artwork the mockups and designs are made and its ready for printing. We will revision and edit until you are completely happy and then launch it on our website. You will receive an updated LIVE Spreadsheet with a complete breakdown of sales, costs, and profit made on every product for every design.
Why have I only received half of my order?
- Dont worry!!! The rest of your order is still on its way. We have noticed that bigger items and higher value products take longer to arrive to our customers, thus we have now made it our priority to have the bedsets etc. sent off separately with priority/ express mail while the other products are sent via regular mail. That is why you will receive the higher value items sooner and are guaranteed to have all the products arrive. Our customers will receive the tracking numbers for all packages related to that order.
Can I cancel my order?
- Please contact us within the first 24h, we will do our best to change it before being processed. We have a standardized shipping method to guarantee fast and error-free shipping. But we offer our customers an easy return:
What if I need to change my address?
- All our orders get processed hourly with production and manufacturing to start as soon as possible as our all over print items are made to order. Once an order has been placed in our system, we can not change the address. If there is an error in your address please let us know on our email within 24h on email at :

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time after experience
- USA: 2-4 days
- UK: 1 week
- EU member countries: 1 week
- Australia & Canada: 3-4 weeks
- other countries: 3-4 weeks

Orders will be shipped from Monday to Saturdays excluding holidays.
- Times may vary and are subject to change. Please note strikes and holiday delays may occur over some periods. ( Holiday Season, Black Friday Weekend, Sales, etc) As importing and exporting partners and customs may become overwhelmed. As long as you have your tracking number you will receive your items. What if an item in my order is wrong, damaged or defective?
- If this happens, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We need your order number (#12345), a photo of the defective item and a description of what is damaged or defective. If you received a wrong item, we also need a photo of the barcode on the bag of the wrong product. Our customer service will find a solution. :)
